This Formal Planning Session should ideally be conducted at a venue of your choosing away from the business.

2) Scaling Up – Half-Day Virtual Strategy Intensive

If you don’t want to wait to think about strategy, but have limited time & resources, this is the program for you. It’s short, focused, and highly effective.

We’ve put together a half-day program (three to four hours) that is delivered through Zoom with associated tools, using our Virtual Scaling Up Growth Coaching framework. This is designed for companies who want a quick diagnostic of key elements of their positioning and operational capabilities, and to craft an implementation plan for success & growth.

The agenda includes the following core questions/exercises to help you orient your business and figure out your Strategic Priorities:
