Ted Bonel B.Eng (Hons) is a strategic advisor & coach to CEOs and Executive Teams across Australia. Driven by a relentless passion for learning and helping business leaders develop and execute strategy to deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Ted provides organisations and their leaders with facilitation support and executive education which is focused on Strategy Development & Strategy Execution.

His expertise is based on a mixture of wide business experience (with over 20 years of practical experience in various industries and as CEO of a Fast Growth Private & Public Company), effective tools, as well as a great deal of consulting and executive education – all centred around Strategy Development & Strategy Execution. Ted’s approach to working with clients is as unique as his specialist focus. Always seeking to challenge clients’ thinking – but equally unafraid to roll up his sleeves and help execute the ideas generated.

For more than 15 years, Ted has consulted to a variety of enterprises in the areas of Strategy, Business Development and Operational Improvement. He has assisted clients overcome major obstacles, deal with tough decisions and capitalize on new opportunities to generate breakthrough results.
