Strategy & Execution’s ROUNDTABLE SERIES

Peer-to-Peer Connection, Accountability, Learning and Coaching Perspective

Whether you lead a company of one, one hundred, or one thousand… being the person solely responsible for the success or failure of the business can be lonely. Decisions are overwhelming with no one to talk to, and advice can come from all of the wrong sources. You feel like you have to figure it out on your own, and end up doing other people’s jobs. Sound familiar? You don’t have to face it alone. The Strategy & Execution Roundtable Series is formed with the bold purpose of bringing business leaders together to help each other go from Good to Great.

Every Roundtable Session delivers:

  • Facilitated peer-to-peer discussion of pertinent business issues
  • Proven coaching tools and frameworks to scale up your business and leadership
  • Accountability check-ins
  • Insights and wisdom from a coach and cohort who have been in your shoes
  • Administrative support ensuring an engaging, productive session with prompt and relevant follow-up

Do I or my company need a Mentor/Coach/Growth Advisor?

“Everybody Needs a Coach.” - Eric Schmidt, Chairman of Alphabet and former CEO of Google
“Great coaches lie awake at night thinking about how to make you better. They relish creating an environment where you get more out of yourself. Coaches are like great artists getting the stroke exactly right on a painting. They are painting relationships. Most people don’t spend a lot of time thinking about how they are going to make someone else better. But that’s what coaches do.” - Ronnie Lott describing Bill Campbell, Coach to Apple and Google leadership teams, amongst many others.
