Strategy Workshops - The Details

Every business is different, and has different needs. This is why we have developed three workshops to suit you.

SCALING UP – GROWTH STRATEGY INTENSIVE (IN-PERSON) WORKSHOP

This workshop will introduce your Leadership team to a proven ‘4-3-2-1’ business framework for growth companies. You will begin the implementation of the Scaling Up/Rockefeller Habits, review existing strategy, develop forward breakthrough strategies and develop & refine the One Page Strategic Growth Plan for the coming year. This Formal Planning Session should ideally be conducted at a venue of your choosing away from the business.

 

This workshop will generate a tight focus and an accelerated high engagement upfront. We recommend that it be followed up by Monthly Leadership Team Meetings & Quarterly Planning/Tune-ups to assist in maintaining alignment and consistency in driving the process to continually stretch performance and follow-through for the remainder of the performance year.

SCALING UP – HALF-DAY VIRTUAL STRATEGY INTENSIVE

This virtual half-day program (3-4 hours) is delivered with associated tools, using our Virtual Scaling Up Growth Coaching framework. This is designed for companies who want a quick diagnostic of key elements of their positioning and operational capabilities, and to craft an implementation plan for success & growth. The agenda includes the following core questions/exercises to help you orient your business and figure out your Strategic Priorities:

  • Situational analysis: What are the top 3-4 Internal & external factors that will impact your business in 6-12 months?
  • Core Customers & Customer needs: Who are your Core Customers and What are the top 3-5 concerns/priorities/needs that your core customers will have in 6-12 months?
  • Differentiation: In 6-12 months, what are the 2-3 ways you will be unique in the market?
  • Capabilities: What are the 3-5 things you need to do exceptionally well in 6-12 months?
  • Roadmap: What are the key implementation Rocks/Priorities that you & your team need to set over the next 12 months and in particular, drilling it down to the key priorities you need to focus on for the next 90 days.

SCALING UP – STRATEGY WEBINAR SERIES (WITH COACHING)

This webinar series focuses on the key elements of the Scaling Up Business Growth Strategy. This is a thirteen-part series that covers each of the key steps that we use when working with companies one-on-one in both full-day & two-day private workshops. We’ll dive into the concepts, how to apply each to your business, and several case studies and examples. This will generate a tight focus and high engagement for participants, and we recommend that it be followed up by Monthly 2 x Hr Virtual Tune-ups sessions to assist in maintaining alignment and consistency in driving the process to continually stretch performance and follow-through for the remainder of the performance year.
